Helter Skelter is a race war waged by mankind against humanity. The screws are being turned on all de dark folk all over the planet.
At the community/social level it takes the form of the "wars" against crime, drugs, illegal aliens, etc. with more restrictions and increasingly aggressive police tactics.
Helter Skelter takes the appearance at the economic level of a class struggle as the corporations get away with more, while the masses bear the weight of the tax burdens around their necks like a yoke. When there are no services or programs left, the lower classes will rise up against the corrupt states and governments that bleed them dry.
The scarcity of resources, jobs, housing, education, goods and services - fuels methods of us versus them "separation" bringing out nepotism, nationalism, fanaticism, and savagery.
Helter Skelter is the final straw that will break the back of the camel that was the Old World Order, i.e. the rule of many by a few.
